Bleh
Visited the boyfriend. His blender sucked so I gave up smoothies for what was only supposed to be a few days. Turned into a week and a half. Got home a few days ago and have been eating all the things.
Smoothie reboot tomorrow. Less green this time ‘cause I don’t have much stuff to go in them and I don’t have time to go buy it. Maybe later in the week.

I had Chick Fil A for lunch. And then followed that up with some froyo. Guess who’s going to the gym to walk/jog forever while reading so she can eat soup along with tonight’s smoothie? *sigh*
Not even worth it. Stupid salty grilled chicken.
Edit: walked/jogged a few miles, biked like one mile because I was spending too long in the gym and needed to come home. My shoes officially...

I just realized I haven’t really put what I’m trying to do and keep just posting about smoothies.
Short term goal is to lose 10-15 lbs. Medium (?) term goal is to lose 20-30 lbs. Long term is to lose 45 lbs, give or take. I’m a lot more muscular than I was when I weighed way less so I may be happier at a higher weight than I anticipate. The lbs don’t matter as much as...
Oh dear.
Tonight’s smoothie is not a winner. Toooooo grainy - too much flax? Too many carrots? It tastes just fine. It feels like I’m drinking sandy mud, bleh.
Walked a few miles with the pup today! We jogged just a bit. We’ll get up to jogging the full thing soon.

Sore legs
First post! I attempted to do the first of couch to 5k today. My legs always reject the first day back at running, so I probably should have known better than to bother with starting out attempting any sort of regimen. Tomorrow should go a lot better, though the fact that I am now running on a track and not on a treadmill may slow progress. We’ll see.
